Terms of use

Last updated October 9, 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and Ignite Real Estate Group (“Ignite”, “we”, “us”) for using Ignite CRM. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. Please also read our privacy policy.

1. Who can use Ignite CRM

Ignite CRM is included with membership for real estate agents licensed with Ignite Real Estate Group. You must be at least 18, hold (or be working toward) a valid Texas real estate license under Ignite, and give us accurate information. If your affiliation with Ignite ends, your access ends too (see section 9).

2. Your account

  • Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
  • Tell us right away if you think someone else has accessed it.
  • One account per agent. Do not share logins.

3. Your data

  • The contacts, notes and other information you put into Ignite CRM remain yours. You give us permission to store, process and back it up so the app can work for you.
  • Other agents cannot see your contacts. Ignite administrators can see account-level and usage information (such as your details and simple counts), but their tools do not show your private notes or email.
  • Support access. To help you, an Ignite owner or admin may sign in as you for a short time (“support mode”). It is used only for support, ends automatically after 2 hours, shows a warning bar to the administrator, and every session is logged. See the privacy policy for the details and how to ask about it. By using Ignite CRM you agree to this support access.
  • You promise you have the right to store and contact the people you add, and that you will follow the laws that apply to you.

4. Rules for using the app

You agree to follow the law and these rules. In particular, you will:

  • follow the CAN-SPAM Act: no misleading subject lines or sender names, and honor every unsubscribe right away (the app does this for you, and you must not work around it);
  • follow the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and the national and Texas Do Not Call rules when you call or text people;
  • follow fair housing laws and never discriminate;
  • only email people you have a legitimate business relationship with or who asked to hear from you. No purchased or scraped lists;
  • not send spam, scams, malware or anything illegal, harassing or deceptive;
  • not try to break into the app, see other agents’ data, overload the service, or reverse-engineer it;
  • follow the rules of the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) and Ignite’s policies in everything you send.

We may pause or remove access if an account breaks these rules or puts the service or other people at risk.

5. Email and sending limits

  • Ignite CRM sends email through your own email account that you connect, so the messages come from you and replies go to your inbox.
  • Your email provider (Google, Microsoft, Yahoo and others) sets its own sending limits and rules. You are responsible for staying within them. Ignite CRM lets you set a daily limit, and we suggest about 400 a day.
  • Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link and Ignite’s name, license number and address. Do not remove them.
  • If your provider blocks or limits your account, that is between you and the provider. We cannot override it.

6. Lead forms

Lead forms you share are public. You are responsible for what you promise on them and for following up lawfully with the people who fill them out. We add basic protections against spam, but we cannot guarantee that every submission is genuine.

Each form asks the visitor for permission to be contacted by email, phone and text, in the wording shown in our privacy policy. You may contact someone who submitted your form only as that permission allows, and you must stop when they opt out (the unsubscribe link, replying STOP, or telling you). Do not buy lists or add people to a form on their behalf.

7. The service and its limits

  • We work hard to keep Ignite CRM running and your data safe, and we back up the database every day. But the service is provided “as is”, and we do not promise it will always be available or error-free.
  • Features may change, be added or be removed. Some screens in the app are still being built.
  • Keep your own copy of anything critical. You can export your contacts from the app where that feature is available, or ask us for a copy.

8. Our responsibility

To the fullest extent the law allows, Ignite is not liable for lost profits, lost leads or deals, lost data, or indirect or consequential damages arising from using Ignite CRM. Because the app is included with your membership at no separate charge, our total responsibility for any claim is limited to $100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Ending your access

  • You can stop using Ignite CRM at any time. Ask us to close your account and delete your data.
  • Your access ends when your affiliation with Ignite ends. We will give you a reasonable chance to export your own contacts first.
  • We may suspend or end access for breaking these terms.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will update the date at the top and tell you in the app. Using Ignite CRM after a change means you accept it.

11. Governing law

Texas law applies to these terms. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Brazos County, Texas.
